Shop Policies

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: All drinkware items are sealed with a non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and extremely durable water-based coating. The coating continues to harden over the first 30 days after the final coat. Your order will be packaged/shipped with a care card that includes the final cure date. You can access the care instructions from my website anytime as a reminder. Within the first 30 days, use should be limited to light handling (light handwashing, dry immediately, avoid dropping/banding it around). Care instructions are provided with each order and are recommended to be followed to ensure a long life for your customer product. 

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATION: **ALL SALES ARE FINAL** No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be given. You have 24 hours after receiving your order to report any issues. Please open and inspect your orders promptly. This is to ensure that damage reported occurred from delivery, and not at the fault of the buyer's misuse of item. 

A minimum of 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for Custom Orders, prior to starting your order. I invoice through PayPal, but other forms of payment may be discussed if needed. The remaining balance, plus shipping if applicable, is DUE WITHIN 24 hours of order completion notification. If I don't receive payment within the 24 hour period, or communication from you regarding your final payment, your item(s) may be resold for the balance remaining. 

PRODUCTION TIME

I personally inspect each item before it's packaged and shipped to identify any issues or mistakes on my end, however I am a human person and create this art with my hands. Slight imperfections may be present (glitter has a mind of it's own!), but I will never knowingly ship you an item with a defect that will prohibit the use of that item. Handmade is truly that and I hope you cherish your one-of-a-kind piece of art!

READY TO SHIP (RTS) TUMBLERS: Ready to ship tumblers have a processing time of 3-5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time does not include actual shipping time.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS (MTO): Made to order items are exactly that: made to order. All items that are not listed as ready to ship will have up to a 4-week processing time until shipped.

PRE-ORDER TUMBLERS: Pre-order tumblers will ship in 5-6 weeks.

PROCESSING TIME WILL BE BASED ON THE ITEM IN YOUR ORDER THAT HAS THE LONGEST TURNAROUND TIME. Example: If you order a ready to ship tumbler and a made to order tumbler within the same order, the RTS tumbler has a turnaround time of 3-5 business days and the MTO tumbler has a 4-week turnaround time, your order’s turnaround time (processing time) will be 4 weeks.

CUSTOMIZATIONS: When placing your order, if you are looking to have any type of customizations added, you must first discuss this with me. If you put any type of customizations in the notes at checkout they may not be able to be honored and you may receive the design pictured in the product that you ordered. 

ADDRESS CHANGE: Once an order is placed, I cannot change the shipping address. Be sure to double check that all of your information is correct prior to checking out.

ORDER CHANGE & ADD-ONS:  Once your order is placed, you cannot add-on or change your order. This includes any type of personalization. Please double check all of your order information prior to checking out to ensure it is all correct.

TUMBLER INFORMATION: All tumblers will come with a lid and  hard plastic reusable straw. All tumblers can be used to keep drinks cold or hot. All tumblers are handcrafted (this means made by my own two hands and NOT A MACHINE) which also means that there may be small imperfections. All tumblers are made with high quality materials which may include resin, crystalac, glitter, double-wall stainless steel tumblers, etc.

TUMBLER CARE INFORMATION: Be sure to read the Care Instructions all the way through to ensure a long life for your product. I am not responsible for misuse or accidents that may happen during use. 

RUSH ORDERS: At this time, I do not provide any “rush” services. All orders are completed in the order they were received.

EMAIL INQUIRIES: Questions and order inquiries can be sent to noelscraftythings@outlook.com. Before you ask a question, please review the shop policies as you may find your answer here. Email responses for all other questions will be sent within 24-48 business hours.

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking information via the email you provided at the time of the order. I am not responsible for any delays in shipping. Once your order ships, I cannot provide you any information about where your tumbler is as I do not control USPS. Please understand that shipping delays are more frequent during holiday seasons.

 

SHOP POLICY AGREEMENT: YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF THESE SHOP POICIES WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. ONCE PURCHASE IS MADE, THAT IS YOUR CONFIRMATION AND AGREEMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL SHOP POLICIES.
