Care Instructions

Every product made by Noel's Crafty Things ("NCT") is made with love and a lot of attention to detail. I hope you love them as much as I do!

Every order will include care instructions for your new purchase. You can also review them here anytime.

Tumblers are sealed with a product made by The Crystalac Company called Grand Finale. This is a water-based product that is non-hazardous and non-toxic.

Once fully cured, your tumbler can withstand heat up to about 350 degrees (F). We do not recommend contact with direct heat/flame, but it is durable enough on coasters, mugs, tumblers, and pens. BT/GF is also scratch resistant and can hold up to daily use with proper care.

This toxic-free clear coat will continue to harden over the FIRST 30 DAYS. Please be sure to follow ALL care instructions to ensure a long life for your tumbler.

Each product is also handmade. This means that while I strive for perfection on each item, there may be an occasion where slight imperfections are present. These imperfections do not affect the quality of the item or prohibit use in any capacity. They merely add uniqueness to your item as no two will ever look exactly the same.

Below are the care instructions that we recommend following for the proper care and usage of your new NCT product.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To properly care for your double-walled tumbler, please note the following instructions:

Please wash all parts in warm, soapy water before using.
DO NOT exceed the product capacity with liquids.
For hot and cold beverages. Hot drinks may scald the user.
This product should not be used in a microwave.
DO NOT use bleach or cleaners containing chlorine to clean your tumbler.
DO NOT put in dishwasher, hand wash only.
Water resistant, not waterproof. DO NOT soak.
Avoid extreme temperatures.
