My Cold Brew Obsession: Thank you, DragUp Coffee

My Cold Brew Obsession: Thank you, DragUp Coffee

Let's talk about one of my favorite subjects: coffee. Specifically, cold brew coffee. It's not just a drink; it's a lifestyle, a love language, and--if I'm being completely honest--a necessity. I don't drink much every day, but I do drink it every day. There's something about the smooth, bold flavor of cold brew that makes my heart (and brain) sing, and no one does it better than DragUp Coffee

Yes, I'm a bit of a coffee nerd, but when you've tasted the kind of magic DragUp Coffee delivers, can you blame me?

If you've never had cold brew coffee, let me enlighten you. Cold brew isn't just iced coffee. It's brewed slowly, steeped in cold water for hours, coaxing out rich, bold flavors without the bitterness you sometimes get with hot coffee. It's like the VIP version of your regular cup of joe.

And when you pair that with DragUp Coffee's incredible array of flavors? Chef's kiss. I've turned my kitchen into a cold brew laboratory, experimenting with different blends and syrups like some kind of caffeinated mad scientist.

Let me tell you about my go-to flavors because DragUp Coffee has absolutely nailed it. I love that they come up with new flavors all the time and have seasonal favorites that come back every year. These are my current top pics (and yes, I drink them all on rotation):

  1. Christmas Tree: This one is pure magic. It’s like the holidays in a cup—piney, cozy, and perfect for any season, not just December. I think it's the graham cracker flavor...it's just perfect.
  2. Toasted Marshmallow: A hug in a mug. It’s my ultimate comfort coffee, and it tastes like a campfire memory.
  3. Basic AF: Your classic pumpkin spice vibe, but elevated with Christmas Tree. It’s warm, spicy, and downright addictive.
  4. Caramel Biscotti: Sweet, buttery, and just the right amount of indulgent. It’s dessert and coffee rolled into one.

Each flavor is so unique, and they all shine as cold brew. I'm not saying I've created a DragUp Coffee shrine in my kitchen...but I'm also not saying I haven't.

Making cold brew at home is super easy (and way more cost-effective than hitting up a coffee shop every day). Here's my foolproof easy method:

  1. Start with Dragup Coffee: When I have whole beans I grind the beans coarsely. The smell alone is heavenly and makes the process worth it. Ground beans are just as good.
  2. Steep: Add the grounds to cold water and let it sit in the fridge for 12-24 hours. Yes, it’s a long wait, but trust me, it’s worth it. Tip1: I use a cold brew pitcher that I got off Amazon and it comes with a strainer inside. it's the best! Tip2: Be sure to stir your grounds so they are all wet!
  3. Strain: Use a fine mesh strainer or my trusty cold brew pitcher to remove the grounds.
  4. Customize: Pour over ice and add a splash of your favorite creamer or syrup—or drink it black for that bold, pure flavor. Or like me, you can also add to your protein and make the best damn proffee in the world.

Pro Tip: Experiment with combining flavors. Christmas Tree and Toasted Marshmallow? You've got a winter wonderland in a glass.

Cold brew isn't jut about the caffeine boost (though it's a very welcome perk). It's about starting your day with something special, something that feels like a treat. And DragUp Coffee? They've elevated my coffee game to a whole new level.

There's a quote I love: "Coffee is the silent scream of productivity." And with a DragUp cold brew in hand, I feel like I can take on the world—or at least my to-do list.

If you’re a coffee lover—or even just curious about trying something new—you need to check out DragUp Coffee. Their flavors are next-level, and their quality is unmatched--IMHO, of course.

So, what’s your go-to coffee ritual? Do you have a favorite flavor or a brewing method you swear by? Let’s talk coffee, because if there’s one thing better than drinking it, it’s gushing about it.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have a fresh batch of Christmas Tree cold brew calling my name. ☕🎄
